ÖffnungszeitenSince 1995 the “Institute for Healthy Living” (IGL) in the heart of Neuss. The owner, Marie-Theres Stoifl is, graduate nutritionist. She has earned a good name for their areas beyond the limits of Neuss also.

Of a natural diet, we have removed the last decades more and more. The trend is increasingly to finished products (food industry) with their much too high amounts of fat and sugar.

The many calories e.g. taken with hamburgers, pizza and soft drinks will be available, in proportion to the limited number of energy we consume in our modern sedentary lifestyle.

Health, performance, physical and mental fitness are highly dependent on our diet.

However, in order to stay healthy or get healthy and a balanced high fiber diet with plenty of fruits, vegetables and whole grains is necessary. Less meat, fish twice a week. If possible each day a home-cooked meal with food, as it gives us our nature in the present measurements, but fat-salt-and low sugar!

Step by step to losing weight is at the forefront of this course. The ultimate goal is a healthy, practical and permanent weight loss especially with fresh and natural foods, as it gives us our nature in present dimensions. The course program will help participants to identify their weaknesses and nutrition to learn a different eating habits and consolidate.

What and how much should eat every single person will be determined individually with you. You will receive proposals for a varied and healthy mixed diet. As support and for future reference, the participants receive weekly written reports with useful information for a healthy diet. The weight loss program is continuously adapted to the latest scientific findings.
